We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager who is eager to grow together with our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding organization where your contributions will directly impact the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support BROLIS Herdline farm installations in Lithuania, Baltics and other European locations.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (both internal and external).
Contribute to the scaling of operations by standardizing procedures and tools based on gathered experience and best practices.
Ensure effective communication and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders involved in the projects.

Working verbal and written communication skills in English. Other European languages are an advantage.

A strong drive to accomplish tasks and a sense of satisfaction in completing them.
Candidates that are tech-savvy and have a technological attitude have a preference.
