Key Responsibilities

Manage the reception area to ensure effective communication both internally and externally;

Provide office guests with a hospitable experience;

Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities;

Handle phone calls and all related correspondence;

Organize office catering;

Interact with IT and other service providers;

Prepare letters, orders and other administrative documentation, maintain archives;

Assist People team with HR documents and accurate records;

Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies;

Take part in planning and arranging events;

Assist colleagues with various tasks as required.

What we expect

Full-time job on site;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both Lithuanian and English;

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work;

Positive, collaborative attitude and good problem-solving skills;

Work experience of at least 1-2 years as an Office administrator, Executive Assistant or similar role;

Bachelor degree or last year student;

Reliability and confidentiality.
